More planning! We finally received approval for my sub-study amendment from HLC IRB; as indicated below.

We worked on amending the MUST (Mbarara University of Science and Technology) IRB approval to explicitly include my sub-study as a sub-aim. This amendment was successfully submitted by the Ugandan PI and paid for by me (as indicated by the payment receipt below); now awaiting final approval to thereafter begin data collection.

Finally, the traditional healers were randomized to either the control or intervention arms; 22 healers in each arm. This was then followed by a REDcap training led by the project coordinator and quantitative coordinator. This training focused on providing basic knowledge regarding how to use REDcap; making records, exporting records, etc.

Below is a photo of one of me in the study office; as many of the activities conducted this week were in the study office.
